Procedure

The procedure is designed to evaluate the crew as a team during a crisis. The focus areas of the assessment are all soft-skills and behavioral characteristics that are essential for a seafarer depending on his/her rank. Additionally, we evaluate the group dynamics and operation. The main goal in some simulations is not the prevention of the incident but how the crew will respond in handling the aftermath of it.
